The contractor that Lowes provided, TAAG Home Improvement based out of Hopkinton, NH did not fulfill the terms of the contract that the home owners entered into with Lowes Corporation, Lowes Home Improvement TAAG Home Improvement and/or Lowes Corporation, Lowes Home Improvement did not apply nor receive a building/construction permit prior to or during the project, even though TAAG's Glen B [redacted] claimed that they did apply and receive said permit prior to starting the project; this information has been confirmed with our town's Building Inspector, [redacted] The new deck and new front porch were poorly constructed and are falling apart They both are unsafe to use per the town's Building Inspector, [redacted] , leaving us with only one source of entry or escape if an emergency arises in our home We have also had two injuries on the front porch prior to realizing the construction was unsafe All three door installations were left incomplete with incorrect installations leaving gaping holes to the outdoors on the exterior doors and trim that was incorrectly installed on all three doors Excess material returned for credit over days ago has not been credited to our account We continue to submit monthly payments in excess of $for services that were not rendered as promised per said contract and for material we are no longer in possession of
