I have documentation to prove all allegations are true from my attorney Lisa Noble (certified letter sent to TAB), from Methodist hospital, receipts from Home Depot for light bulbs, pet agreement sent to me by Marie Pvia email from Tab Properties, text message exchanged from Marie Pat TAB Properties, email chain with Jenna at Tab Properties, and pictures to show the condition of the property when I moved out as well as the injury and the ice on the stairsI will agree to the $refund which is rightfully owed to meI will not post any other complaints, however I would like TAB Properties to acknowledge in the future that it is illegal to charge tenants for carpet cleaning (unless it is very stained due to tenant neglect), regular cleaning not above and beyond wear and tear, and is their responsibility to hold up to their agreements with all tenants, including maintenance of property for the safety of tenants as well as keeping a respectable name for a companyI have attached the agreement emailed to me as this is all I have access to while at work of the documents listed aboveI have also attached an email address for your office to send above said agreement to, as I have called Minnesota offices as well as Waukee/Des Moines offices over times in the last year and a half for multiple reasons and have not once received a return phone callThank you
