Review: I contracted Tabby Shots for wedding about a year ago, and after paying them upfront for them to take my pictures and 3 photos albums - that were included in the package, I still have not received my albums. I have called and texted them repeatedly, to which I either get ignored, told lies about when my products are going to be ready, or told them will get back to me. There service is completely unprofessional. When I asked for my money back, I got ignored.Desired Settlement: 1800 I paid for their package.

Review: I paid Tabby's Shots Photography $1,700 2 years in advance for my engagement and wedding pictures. After which, I have been receiving the run around. The owner, [redacted] has poor communication skills and her business ethic is horrible. She gives dates to take photos and reneges on them. She likes to take photos at her own convenience. After confronting her on changing and cancelling dates on several occasions, she gets an attitude. She acts like she's doing you a favor for something you paid for. When asked about refunds, she states, " I don't do REFUNDS." She also gives you the run around about a contract too. I would not recommend her to anyone. I would save my time, money, and sanity. She is not worth it.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the $1,700 I paid.

Review: I've not yet received any pictures from my wedding that took place 07/2012. [redacted] does not return calls nor responded to emails. She has been paid in full but I haven't received what was on the contract; that is a wedding book and video. If satisfaction is what I paid for, then that's what I should get. It's been since 2012 and I haven't seen nor received anything yet.Desired Settlement: I would like what I agreed to and paid for in full which are wedding pictures and my video. If can not supply,I request a full refund.

Review: I've requested Tabby's Shots services for my wedding 07/20/2012. [redacted]. [redacted](owner) worked with my husband and I with incremental payments. When the last payment was received, [redacted] downloaded only 81 photos on her website. I inquired about the rest of the photos and the time it'll be finished. [redacted]'s response was irresponsible and unacceptable. My husband and I were patient however our patients ran short. Phone calls,text messages,1 meeting in person and an email forwarded to her business website to inquire the status of our wedding photos were all attempted; yet no wedding album or video [redacted] promised. She and her husband have ignored recent calls nor have not followed up to show proper customer service. A recommendation for this business is null and void. I believe my money was taken and either photos were not shot or lost and cannot be replaced. Her services for my wedding was punctual; In the meantime, she and her business has left a bad taste in my mouth.Desired Settlement: My husband and I would appreciate our pictures. If no pictures are available,we recommend a full refund and a verbal apology in person. Nonetheless, an explanation for why it took so long for an honest answer.
