Hello, [redacted] I was told to write directly to you to update the progress of my complaint against Tabib Roofing that I filed with the Revdex.com at the beginning of July as they have chose to deal with me directly and not through the Revdex.com.Tabib Roofing has sent private contractors to my place of residence twice since I originally filed my complaint against themOnce on July 11th, and another time on July 14th, they have fixed all of the interior damage in my house and have giving me full reassurance and confidence that if anything else were to arise that they would take care of any other damages should they arise that is why I have waited a few weeks to write to you just to make sure no new damages need to be addressed.Myself as well as the rest of my family are happy with Tabib Roofing standing behind there product warranty as well as there word when it has come to them fixing all of the damages that arose do to the original roofing issue.Any questions or concerns please call or email me at [redacted] [redacted] Sincerly, [redacted]

The roof leakedWe fixed itWe hired an independent contracting company to repair the inside damage, but they failed to show up to execute the work on timeSecond contractor got booked as soon as possible and repaired the inside damage to the homeowner's satisfactionCustomer confirmed his
satisfaction with the new roof and the repair to the insideTabib contracting apologized for all inconvenienceCustomer was very patient and understanding, and promised to close the Revdex.com dispute.camille Tabib

He agreed to fix the leak. He agreed to do our window and front door. The front door was on order. He is outright lying about this. He never mentioned anything about a "favor" or doing it in their "down time". He has ignored all of our requests. Extremely disappointed with his response. Tabib contracting sold the customer a new roof and delivered a new roof. The new roof holds a 10 year workmanship warranty, and we will always honour the warranty on the roof. Tabib contracting did not sell or install the eavestrough nor is responsible for a leak on the eavestroughs. Tabib...

contracting was going to install in our down time, a window and a door for free as a favor to the customer, but never sold or agreed by contract to execute the installation of door and window. It was meant to be as a favor. Tabib contracting couldn't commit in a timely manner to the favor, so the customer posted a negative review on google and decided to complain to the Revdex.com for revenge.They hired us for a roofing job, and that's exactly what they got. A good quality roof at an excellent price.
