I was impressed with the level of customer service Rick - Shreveport Yacht Club
I recently had an excellent experience with tablebasedepot and I wanted to share it with others. I had purchased a table for our yacht club and unfortunately, it had some issues. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how tablebasedepot stood behind their product and offered to replace it without any fuss or delay.

Rick at Shreveport Yacht Club here - I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from tablebasedepot. They took care of everything and made the process of replacing the table quick and painless. They truly stand behind their products and care about their customers' satisfaction.

Overall, I would highly recommend tablebasedepot for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are a trustworthy company that you can count on if something goes wrong with your purchase.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is another statementI am not refusing to send the chairs backI just want the chairs I orderedThe chairs that were clearly represented on the Table Base Depot Website and the spec that was clearly part of the Invoice that I was provided and approved is not what was sentThe chair represented on the Table Base Depot website, I purchased a sample weeks ago from their competitorSee attached photos matching the chairsThe dark brown chair is the chair is the sample and the same exact chair represented and ordered from Tabel Base Depot and that I paid $in full forThe dark frame chair is much heavier steel, with welded attachmentsThe wrong chair sent to me is the chrome pipe chairvisibly a lower quality, much lighter and cheaper metal material and held together with cheap screwsthis is NOT the same chairand certainly NOT COMMERCIAL GRADEYou can see the difference with your eyes! Again, this is precisely why I want these wrong chairs picked up and my $returned to me in fullno restocking fee, 100% refundanyone can see these chairs are not the same product100% refund is what is fairAnything else is a scam and not how business is done in AmericaYou are supposed to get what you pay forthis is clearly a case of advertising and lying to consumers Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Businesses answer is totally and full of liesThe product I was sent was not only a totally different product but was an inferior productThis company is lying and cheating the consumerThey are referring to the "fine print" of the invoice that they can change the product at will?..........that is not FAIR..........I was sent a product that I did not order, and to make matters worse is an unsafe and inferior productAnd my customers are already complaining that the chairs are not safe to sit itI am so upset that this company can bait and switch and trick consumersThis is not rightI have the photos and specs as part of my invoice before I paid $They sent an entirely different chairIs that fair? This company openly admits they sent me a different chairthey admit itDo they not have an obligation to inform the consumer when what was ordered and paid for is no longer available? The consumer has rightsI don't understand how a company can get away with thisi have not only lost $but now my business is compromised with unsafe chairsand I cannot afford to purchase new and safe chairs from someone elsePlease help Sincerely, [redacted]

As per the terms of our contract our Factories do reserve the right to modify or make changes to improve the product without notice unfortunately we are not notified in time every time to a change a factory makes in this particular case the frame was discontinued without noticeAn espresso commercial grade chair frame was sent to the customer by the factory with the exact same frame there was no switching of a product this is statement and his standard in the industryAs per the terms of our contract customer pays all return shipping and restocking regardless of the issue also this is standard for the industryCommercial seating is very expensive to return and in most cases factories will not accept it back without significant costThis customer was extremely rude to our staff which we have a zero tolerance for and was banned from calling or emailingRefurnish thousands of restaurants each year without issue but occasionally where situations can arise and we do our best to handle it its important to read the terms of the contract before making any purchase which this client did notWe have thousands of happy customers and do millions of dollars in sales without issue if this client wasn't so rude and threatening to our staff they may have been more cooperative helping himThank you for reaching out to us and hope this message gives you some clarityOnce the chairs have been returned and are received in good order we are more than happy to provide our standard refundHave a great and prosperous summer we know our chairs will serve you well as they serve our other clients

The client has already been given a significant discount on this order as per our contract if they refuse to return the goods to us there is nothing we can doWe have emailed the warehouse manager to see if the restocking can be waived but usually they wont do itPlease note commercial seatingis not like a typical retail sale there is significant costs in dealing with commercial seating factories Factories constantly change there productswe have no control over this and is 100% why this is in our terms its just part of the commercial seating industry problems like this can happen all be it very rare. I am rejecting this response because: This is another false statement. I am not refusing to send the chairs back. I just want the chairs I ordered. The chairs that were clearly represented on the Table Base Depot Website and the spec that was clearly part of the Invoice that I was provided and approved is not what was sent. The chair represented on the Table Base Depot website,  I purchased a sample weeks ago from their competitor. See attached photos matching the 2 chairs. The dark brown chair is the chair is the sample and the same exact chair represented and ordered from Tabel Base Depot and that I paid $1200 in full for. The dark frame chair is much heavier steel, with welded attachments. The wrong chair sent to me is the chrome pipe chair. visibly a lower quality, much lighter and cheaper metal material and held together with cheap screws. this is NOT the same chair. and certainly NOT COMMERCIAL GRADE. You can see the difference with your eyes!  Again, this is precisely why I want these wrong chairs picked up and my $1200 returned to me in full. no restocking fee, 100% refund. anyone can see these 2 chairs are not the same product. 100% refund is what is fair. Anything else is a scam and not how business is done in America. You are supposed to get what you pay for. this is clearly a case of false advertising and lying to consumers.
