In June 2020 I saw an advertisement on-line for a health product that was free If I paid for shipping, CBD Capsules and CBD Oil. Well I paid for shipping and received the products. I searched their advertisement thoroughly and never saw anything about a commitment for future orders. On this past Saturday, Jul 11, I noticed two charges ($95.21 & $89.44) on my debit card account from this company for more products. They called it automatic monthly subscription. I called the company and after a lengthly conversation they cancelled my "automatic monthly subscription" but would not refund they money deducted from my account. They claimed that I had until Jul 10 to cancel and that I missed the deadline. I made it clear (very calmly) that I did not want this product, no where did they indicate to me a monthly subscription and that I had not received the product. I think this is false advertising and that company should be made to reimburse my money. This smells like a scam but may not rise to that level since I did receive the initial products.

Refund Refund my money for the "automatic monthly subscription". Change their advertising to make it clear that by accepting their offer of only having to pay for shipping for the first batch of their products that this obligates one to future orders and at what costs.
The issue has been resolved, they issued a refund. Thank you.
