I am responding to complaint id [redacted] ,the car was brought into dealership multi chevrolet for outstanding recall completion and a check engine light that was on.the car in question is a chevrolet monte carlo with 125,miles on itwhen the car came in on april for the above mentioned concerns the tech stated on back of the repair order that the exhaust system is hanging and needs middle pipe to back of the car along with two rubber hangers with an estof $plus tax for this concern along with an egr valve for the check engine concern both of which [redacted] declined [redacted] as asked to bring car in on 4/20/so we can put it up on a lift to look at the exhaust system and we showed [redacted] that the exhaust was rusted and rotted out we took many pictures and explained to her that is the reason why it was making noise [redacted] stated we did it and called the policethis is a car with 125,mile with a rotted exhaust systemthank you any questions fell free to call me at [redacted] ***—ron l [redacted] , service manager

Regarding the complaint made by *** *** Multi Chevrolet denies any wrong doing. We have attempted to get in touch with the customer to have him bring the vehicle in so we can see if there is any thing wrong with the vehicle. We left messages twice on 7/and once on 7/and
the customer has not responded.If you can get in touch with the customer perhaps you can ask him to return our calls and bring the vehicle in for inspection. Perhaps at the time of inspection he can make good on the bad check he presented for payment. At this time he still owes us $
