Review: I had purchased an unlocked samsung galaxy cellphone from them through [redacted] but after almost 2 months the unit just went dead and wont power back on . I had contacted [redacted] and request for a replacement.They forwarded my request to the merchant:Tablet Distributor which then sent me a return label and authorization... 1 week after I tried to follow up with tablet... a lady gave me an email add to forward my claim but nobody replied I called them again and luckily I was able to talked to a certain [redacted] and promised that he will issue a refund back to my [redacted] credit card but weeks had passed and still haven't receive any refund so I called again but to my surprised their number has been dis-abled already. I then sent them an email through [redacted] website informing them of my disappointment and disgust which they replied through [redacted] to give them time to review and respone...I waited and waited for their reply but none came .I then decided to iniated my claim to [redacted] and promised me an investigation...I am currently waiting a reply letter from [redacted] for my claim ...Desired Settlement: to be issued a full refund.

This is what they always sent me everytime I send them a follow up message regarding my returned defective item. Anyway [redacted] had responded and will conduct investigation but they give me a waiting period of 60 days..I still need Revdex.com's help to expediate the results as Tablet Distributor is giving a non-working number as their point of contact and doesn't even bother to call back to their client...

Tablet Distributor is not taking any action to resolve the issue.They haven't contacted me since I file this complaint/report both to Revdex.com and [redacted],however [redacted] is on the process of verifying the complaints and had sent me a letter to submit proof of return which I just did yesterday upon receipt of their letter...

Review: I had a terrible experience with this company. I attempted to purchase a phone online through Tablet Distributors, for unknown reasons it appeared to the vendor that my credit card did not properly authorize. I contacted my credit card to verify and they assured me all was ok. I reached out to this company and confirmed all was ok. We decided to cancel the original order and retry with a new order. I proceeded to do so. I then received a terrible phone call from the [redacted] making verbal threats and accusing me of fraud and other choice words prior to him hanging up the phone. The phone call was completely inappropriate and out of the blue and left me very concerned for my safety. I was shocked that a [redacted] would act in this manner, especially to a customer that was willing to work with the company to complete this phone transaction. I highly recommend that consumers avoid this dealing with Tablet Distributors.Desired Settlement: I would like both of my orders refunded and perhaps an apology. Although I stop short of requesting the apology as the person on the other end of the line was an animal.

Review: My husband and I purchased two cell phones from this company. Upon receiving our phones one phone had a malfunctioning microphone. We contacted Tablet distributors via email to see what we should try next. We were instructed to mail the cell phone back and they would send a replacement. The phone was returned and confirmed by the USPS. After several attempts to email and call Tablet Distributors to confirm receipt of our phone and an estimated time of sending a replacement, we received no response. I tried calling again and now the number provided "has been disabled."Desired Settlement: Receive a fully functional phone of the same or newer model, if applicable.
