the truck was completed he was a happy customer so I thoughtSince after he picked up the vehicle HE complained weeks or so later to me about the detail shop he took his truck to afterHe said they detailed his truck out and they buffed out the truck and dulled down the paint job*** was frustrated about the detail shop and kept coming back to MY shop complaining of itI didn't know anything about the roof issue until *** came back from the detail shop It was too soon to buff and they warmed up the paint by buffing it out and messed the entire paint was dulled downIt was done incorrectly*** came back so many times complaining about the detail shop , I finally told him I will buff it out for no chargeWhen he came in on the appointment to have me buff it out he sat over me for the whole duration of me buffing it out -the entire two daysSo this is where I am atI took it upon myself to help him out by buffing it out and I know this customer for yrsSo I buffed it out except the tailgateHe was once again happy ( because it was shiny again.) Then he said, " There's a spot on the roof that messed upSo I told him I will repaint this for himHe knew what happened to the paint job and so did IIt screwed it up and I heard it so many timesHe didn't want the other detail shop to touch it because he was not happy with their work and he wouldn't go back to themI did try to contact him several times todayI left a voice message at 2:33 approx, on 6/12/after reading this complaintI want to be sure *** knows I will make good on my workSonora Tire is not affiliated with Taboada's Auto BodyI feel like he is blaming me for someones elses business all in one emailThese are two separate trucksTwo separate businessesI would like *** to feel confident in my work and my wordThank you for your assistance to helping us resolve this problem quicklySincerely, *** ***
