Really ridiculously poor customer service. I've been a customer for appx 3 years. Recently, we had extra trash and it did not get picked up. When we called they startled off their policies. My husband explained that we are gone a lot of the time and they have no trash to pick up so can't they make an exception every once in a while. Jennifer said that if we made sure that everything was bagged then they would flag our acct and cut us some slack. Next week- they left the same trash. We didn't even put out this weeks trash! I called this morning and talked to Melanie and she claimed that Jennifer did not agree to pick up extra bags occasionally. They have detailed records of all trash picked up, but when I mentioned all those times when they had nothing to pick up, they skimmed over it in the conversation. Or robotically repeated their pick up policies. From now on, I will make sure even if we are out of town that there will be the Max amount of trash to be picked up. I'll get mypanera worth. Too bad they can't see the logic on averaging out how much trash they pick up. When tabor sanitation is no longer the only game in town, which will be soon the way the area is growing, they will belatedly realize that good customer service would have been prudent.
