Since receiving this complaint, we have spoken with Mrs. [redacted] and helped her get the funds taken off of her prepaid Visa card and sent a cashiers check to her via Fed Ex on Thursday (3/13). On Fri (3/14), Mrs. [redacted] received the check in the...
