Review: This might be a health issue if gas was explaining. I am a hurricane sandy victim, and the whole first floor was totally ruined. This contractors were recommended, and I hired them to do all the work. They installed a new boiler, hot water heater, and expansion pack too. Now that the weather is cold, I turned on the boiler. At first I had heat on the 2nd floor only, no heat on the first floor where they worked on. As of last night, I have NO HEAT in the WHOLE House. I moved back in the house before Christmas when they completed the boiler and heat was only available upstairs. I have contacted [redacted] at Tac One Concepts to please check out the system since they installed the whole system. His partner, [redacted] returned my call and was completely negative, and vague about looking at the system, and would not come unless he gets money!!! This is not even a year yet. Then I left a message for [redacted] only again & I need to speak to him only. He finally called and insisted he probably could not repair it & I needed a plumber. I am appalled at this attitude. Now this morning, he said he is not coming over at all. I am so upstet..I looked up that when you hire a contractor there is a year warranty on their work.? He said he only gives 30 to 60 day warrantys. Please call me at my cell phone number ###-###-####. I am scared and nervous with no heat.. I paid this contractor $50,000 for all the work in this house..[redacted] Please call me ###-###-#### These contractors have bad attitude. I want everything fixed correctly!!!!!!(they used by old boxes)Desired Settlement: If I have to hire a plumber I want reimbursement and aggravation fees against this contractor. Their attitude is just take the money and run and have no obligation to their customer. His partner said"I do not want to be a [redacted]" but will not come over unless he gets a service call money from me. This is appalling. Now [redacted] said he was not coming over, & he does not repair boilers. They installed everything in. [redacted] slipped and said he used the old switched boxes.What
