This issue has been taken care of in fact my truck broke down while leaving his property the day I took care of everything

Hello [redacted] ,Since my email below was sent, I have met with the owner of Tack Metal and he expressed a willingness to address my complaints in full I agree to allow Tack Metal to do this and they are now in the process of making the necessary repairs to the roof.I wanted to get this email to you because I just now received a message from the Revdex.com indicating that the issue is closed, so I am asking if it can be kept open and I can provide an update after the repair work is completed and verified.Thank you, [redacted]

Justin started the work, which he is no longer with me for good reason, then I had Howard go and fix the issues. As far as I knew, everything was good after Howard. If there are still issues, I need to know and I will address them immediately. Thomas [redacted]

I sent a message to her husband stating we would be back to finish up when she is not thereAll she does is scream and curse at us and drive us away, yet she wants the work correctedI will not refund anything

Mr*** sent us a refund check for products we didn't receive, however, we never got any compensation for the damage panels But, thats fine, I just would never recommend this company to anyone His wife was very unprofessional, yelling at me over the telephone and making promises she didn't keep When you order panels, they should not have dents and ding marks and be dirty But, we have put this behind us now and just would not recommend this company.Thanks***

roof not put on right exposed flashing gutters no pitch down spouts no pitch and too many issues of things not fastened right. $8500.00 refund plus another $5000.00 to fix damages caused by there company.

Thomas has had since August 2014 to address roof and door problems......He has stated numerous times he would  take care of the...

problems...Again starting In May of 2015  we contacted him about the work, especially the house roof problem, and that it  needed to be  done before  the house got painted at the end of July....He stated it would be done!!!...Well he never showed up and we ended up buying  special paint and paying the paint contractor to paint the white metal on the roof to match the grey  metal roofing.......Thomas was to replace the white metal with grey... In August  did have  his help came down and measured garage door again [for the third time!!!] and said  Thomas was ordering the  heavier metal for door..{which he stated in 2014 that he was ordering}...My husband and a worker   repaired the soffet problem on the house roof but the eaves problems were not completly addressed or corrected.....Worker never had correct equipment or  metal to do the job....He also did not show up  on days which he said he would...We  came to Florida  on Dec 21, 2015 and will return end of April 2016.........We have been told that we have to contact Thomas directly.....not the shop/office...or  we will be  filed as harrasing them!!!!!...I have a log stating dates of all contacts with Thomas that I can  give to you when we return [redacted] ...To see pics of the house roof please go to my [redacted] page...[redacted] and click on photos...Some of them are  posted...

This issue has been taken care of in fact my truck broke down while leaving his property the day I took care of everything.

I was down there about two weeks ago, and re did everything that was needed to seal up the place. They seemed to be happy with the results when I left. If there are further issues please let me know and I will fix it.

We are working with this customer just need a little more time to make aranggments to make them happy (minor repair)and in our business its always weather permitting but we  will get done before the winter. Thank You

The roof is still leaking at the chimney. The gutter along the front isn't angled...

right or draining properly. All of the water literally pours out of the corner. Nothing is going out the downspout as it should. The gutter that was fixed in the back along the second story addition, there is a viable gap you can see between the wood, house and gutter. The flashing on the front of the house was hammered up over the siding. It's not under it like it should be. They've now drilled holes in our siding and it has to be redone properly and done UNDER. The flashing is all dented and bent. The roof on the driveway bump out is riddled with holes. We've been told by Thomas himself it would be replaced and it never was. Water just runs through the holes on to the old roof. The underside of the deck in the back is missing white metal along the edge. It wasn't done all the way. Drip edge is missing behind the gutters off the front porch. I would presume it's the same on the second story. Sone one WAS out yesterday, March 29th to fix the leak at the chimney. He came in to the house and I took him up to the attic and showed him where it's still coming in. He said he fixed it. He also messed with the front gutter. He said he wasn't able to get it to drain properly and he was going to tell Thomas a new one needed to be put up and the downspout needed to be moved. He agreed the flashing was done incorrectly and needed to be redone under the siding. He said he didn't have the materials to address the gutter in the back of the house......but someone would be back out. He didn't say when. He didn't say they'd call.
