9/8/2015A Tack of the Day customer service representative has recently been in contact with the customer, [redacted] ***It would appear that our email provider was having issues with their server and the customer's first emails were not received by our CRM systemWe are still looking into Solutions to this situation since we had felt as an online only retailer email was an acceptable and reliable form of communication with our customersHowever, once her email was received on 9/2/2015, it was responded to and a clear solution to her issue was establishedThe incorrectly sized helmet will be exchanged for the desired size

Tack of the Day sent me the helmet I ordered (size medium/large) and a postage paid return label to return the incorrect small one I just returned the small one today I am completely satisfied with the resolution to my complaint ID *** THANK YOU!!!!!

They do not respond to email requests regarding the status of items orderedThey do not have a phone number listedThe only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because the prices are discounted to an impressive levelHowever, if there is no communication from the seller and it takes 1+ month to get an item, make sure it’s something you don’t urgently needI ordered an item on 10/30/2018, it’s now 11/13/2018, and I have yet to hear if my item has been shipped or when it will be shippedI spent $100+
