Tack Wholesale

On 2/11/2025 I bought two horse blankets, same size, but different brands. One fit great, but the other was a full 7” too big. The insert in the bag said it was the size I ordered, and the sizing chart provided said it would fit, but the blanket itself is way too big and did not match the size chart provided. There is no size marked on the blanket, itself, just the bag it came in. I immediately contacted Wholesale Tack and reported the problem and asked for an exchange for one that fits. They refused to take blame for sending me the blanket that does not match the description and refused to pay for the shipping to exchange the blanket. They want to charge me $54 shipping for the exchange. My original order had free shipping because I bought two blankets. I don’t want to merely return the blanket. I want to exchange it for the correct size. They refuse to exchange it for less than the $54 shipping fee.
