I purchased a Toyota Corolla at Rochester Toyota on 05/05/Salesman: Christopher I***Finance Manager: William T***On the vehicle invoice is an unauthorized (fraudulent) charge labeled as: Portfolio for $When this was brought to their attention on 06/24/2017, they did not have an explanation as to this chargeI signed a Customer Cancellation Form to get this charge off the invoiceThe verbal agreement was to have the $removed from the outstanding balance of the Toyota CorollaThis has not been done through Toyota Financial Services

This company is absolutely the BEST!!! They have been out to my property twice now, once about years ago and again last week and in both cases were well prepared, reasonably priced, very professional, and outstanding in cleanup The wet conditions meant they had to put more effort into clean up since they couldn't get the heavy equipment up to the site, but they were fine with that Ease of scheduling was astonishing From the time I called in until they completed the job (removal of dead pines and a about feet of honeysuckle and trash trees) was about hour! I can't say enough good things about this company--and I hope they are around for a long time! (I have used at least other companies over the past years and NONE of them even begin to compare with Tacketts.)
They did a wonderful job cutting down all the shrubbery in my backyardA very nice job of cleaning upI would definitely recommend them Very nice and polite workers
