Tackle Me Cleaning Consultants

On December the owner of Exit Realty known as Gary S*** contacted me in reference to *** *** *** and asked if I could clean the vacation homeI asked Gary if he wanted a estimate he said no go ahead and clean the home and there were no other instructions therefore I
cleaned the vacation rental that had been occupied anywhere from six to nine months with more than to peopleI never had any intentions of having to deal with the homeowner I was hired by EXIT Realty therefore I did the job that he wanted me to do I'm a cleaning consulting company so therefore every room every shelves vacuumed dusted mopped even did all the linens and every room basically anything and everything done to have the proper cleaning so that when there were new tenants they could move into the home as if it was brand newLet me also add to the home was fully furnished therefore I had to move every piece of furniture out of the home shampooed ect.ect.I know that by EXIT Realty Gary he was giving me the runaround as far as me being paid cuz he said he was having a hard time getting ahold of the tenant and it was about a week and a half out after the job is completed define the I was able to receive the payment from the owners then about a month and a half after that is when the actual homeowner contacting me his self and said that the window dusters were not cleanedAnd proceeded asked me if I was going to take care of that I never had any intention of having to deal with the homeowners EXIT Realty is the one who hired me therefore there is no conditionsI do you want to add that the homeowner is not the one who hired me Exit realty,so if the homeowner is seeking settlement desired he needs to talk to Exit Realty in reference to getting his money backI was asked to clean home no estimate was needed

please be advised , that I am the home owner and I asked gary Swenson to call a cleaning company for me as im from north Dakota and had no idea who to call . gary only placed the order to clean for me and I was responsible for the payment not gary .  the moral of the story is cleaning consultants overcharged me not only by the hour, but charged me for items not even cleaned ! and have many pictures to prove this ! cleaning consultants said they were going to stop by after many txts and phone calls to work it out, and failed to show up ! I am not going to let this ride , if the 350.00 refund is not received and am going to hire a attorney and sue for a full refund !  owner of [redacted] lhc , az  [redacted]
