Review: I bought a bridle from tackzone.com on August 25, 2014. When I ordered the bridle, it said it would take 5 to 8 business days to arrive. I received the confirmation with the FEDEX tracking number and the order said it was initiated and that it would arrive on 8/31/14. However, when I checked FEDEX tracking again on the 31st, the order still said initiated and when I called FEDEX, they said the order had not yet been picked up. At this time, FEDEX tracking still says "initiated." I emailed customer service twice about finding out where the order is. One email has not been answered, and the other had been answered from a representative who said he would find out, but I have not yet heard back. I called four times, left two messages. In the second message, I said I would be contacting the Revdex.com if I did not hear back within 24 hours. I gave them 48 hours and now I am contacting the Revdex.com. I would still like the bridle, I just would like some more information regarding the order and and I would really appreciate if someone from tackzone would get back to me considering I am giving them my business.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item and I would like someone from Tackzone to contact me regarding the order.
