On Saturday, *** I place an order at in the drive thru lane and was charged an amount that was not the listed price on the menu board. I was charged $0.*** more than the listed price. I ordered 4 identical items resulting in an overcharge of $***. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier I was told that the menu board was incorrect and there was nothing that she could not match the listed price. When I went inside to speak to the manager, the manager ignored me. When I asked how long this problem existed I was told they did not know.
