I am rejecting this response because: I had ask the manager politely the first time after spending over an hour of travel to and from my home. Your teenage manager had no remorse of the fact that my wife could have had a reaction to the dairy products that where in the food. My biggest compliant, since I was going to eat hers and mine was the amount of saturated grease streaming from the bag and each wrapping. I do not accept your camera review as I'm the one who put that grease in my mouth and dripped it on my clothes. Yes I was upset, but didn't use profane language until I seen the response from your person in charge. You can believe me that every Taco Casa will forever lose my business and everybody that I come in contact with will also hear about the treatment my wife and I had over 20 dollars of something I would not feed my dogs. I'm in the service business and my clients are always right. The little profit margin you sustained by my hard earned money my have cost Taco Casa thousands of customers and profit margins.
