Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.taco casa did not respond to allowing their workers to over charge customers cards I have the proof so we will see if they will tell the truth or I can show like it like I showed taco casa my order was one amount and they charge my card a larger amount that"s when the police should have been called no comment on that I still Have the Taco Bucks THEY gave me for that problem next time I will go to the POLICE people do u wrong then run to the police I have on my phone going up there after that trying to use the taco casa bucks and the lady at the window the manger look out seen me had a worker come out in put orange cones in be hide me as if she made people want to be charge the right amount for there order I dont no who all they have over charge and they dont no I have the proof will fax it in to Revdex.com the manger told me I would not get the sale that was on the sign I have the sale of the sign on my phone and I have her refusing to sell to me so they never allowed me to present any taco bucks manger refuse sale right away I have on my phone where when I pulled off she had worker remove cones so they can help other people young african american guy look at my phone and u will see what happen its like what company would allow a manger to treat a customer like this if they didnt agree please let me no where I can send over charge proof and video form phone because all of this is true and I have proof I would like my overdraft fee back and they can have there trouble customer service I have where I already showed Shelly she told me she was the owner the proof of the over charge and this is the day she offer me taco bucks but gave me I should have just went to the Revdex.com and police and they get made when people are not satisfied if they make your order wrong, or give u the wrong order, or charge u the wrong amount or just decide on your order what toppings u do or dont want well am sorry that if they dont understand paying customer want what they pay for, only what they order, they also would like to be charge the correct amount as it is illegal to falsely put a charge on someones card and she didnt even re get my card so they can charge your card more with out u giving the card back this should be illegal I have all the PROOF also why would I just go up there mad for no reason I Had taco casa bucks I thought I was going to eat for free who just show up made we there getting ready to eat for free she had no reason to tell me to come down I just want food and go on but she made because they got caught stealing and she get made when u dont want to eat food that look like a year old made it I didnt no people eat and pay for food made any kind of way I dont believe in that

Our policy is if there is a problem with the food the customer customer needs to bring the food back to us the same day and this did not happen.
Our meat is never frozen.  It is heated to 165 degrees before it is served and needs to maintain board of health temperature standards while...

being served.I am sorry you were disappointed with your visit at this location.  I do hope to see you at one of our other locations in the future.   There will be no refund or credit issued regarding this visit.
