Review: We ordered 2 hot dogs Chicago style. 2 hot dogs bacon extra cheese ketchup mustard no onions. 1 order of cheesy fries and 1 order of chili cheese fries. The order was wrong, we did not want onions on the bacon cheddar dogs (as the person who is eating these is allergic to onions) and is also the person who placed the order. We also received bacon cheddar fries instead of the chili cheese fries we ordered. Had the fries just been the issue I would not have phoned, but I did call and when I called the owner took the phone call after an employee answered as he was the person who took the order, (I believe his name is Mr. [redacted]) who half way listened to me telling him how the order was wrong then proceeded to scream at me at the top of his lungs and cuss me out. Telling me in very colorful language that he did not "mess" the order up and that I could pretty much go you know what to myself. Now this is not the first time our order was incorrectly taken by this same person. He also over charged us, although this was not realized until after we returned home. I do not believe that just because you own a business you should be allowed to act however you see fit, especially in such a vulgar way. I have been managing businesses for over 10 years and I have never encountered an owner who was so repulsive. Part of the food industry is customer service and the lack of customer service out of this owner is appalling. Now I understand he has been doing this for 25 years (as he screamed this at me before hanging up on me) and not every customer you come across is right nor can you make every customer happy. But why would the person ordering the food order onions on something that he is going to eat when they are allergic to them? His (the owner) lack of composure and the language he used is beyond me and needless to say I will never being going back to this place. He was completely outraged that I would even accuse him of taking the order wrong or give us the wrong food. This is completely unacceptable behavior.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. 2 Chicago style dogs at: $2.99 = $5.98

1 Small Chili cheese fry at: $2.99 = $2.99

1 Small Chees fry at: $2.99 = $2.99

1 large soda at: $?.?? = $?.??

Total with out soda = $17.94 + 5% tax =$18.84

Now we were charged $31.38, you can not expect me to believe a soda would cost $12.00. Maybe $2.00 at the most.
