Lived overseas and upon returning back to the states resided here for months while my wife and I reestablished ourselvesSeveral issues while we lived here including many other tenants who were nothing other than thugs, gangsters, chemically dependent outcasts and other lowlifesHad a roaming security at night but he was cut from the same cloth as the other tenantsJust walked around all night cursing, yelling and being just as obnoxious as the people that he was suppose to superviseLegacy Suites looks acceptable during the day and the common areas are well kept but the management either cannot control or are not willing to control the lowlife patrons that flock to this complexUpon our departure the management failed to return our dollar deposit stating that we had done damage to the carpetThe stain was there when we moved in and then a different management team took over and stated that they had no records of the stain so they decided to make us pay fore it I would not recommend this place to anyoneThe police are in this place everyday and the management know the local police by their first names they are there so oftenVery disappointed with the stay and them stealing our deposit
