I am rejecting this response because: the food was not edible. The soup was not eaten because it tasted spoiled and was returned immediately. The tacos were returned also but I was unable to discuss further the situation with the manager due to the manager responding inappropriately and not wanting to resolve matter. I was given 6.00 back only for the soup but was unable to request a further refund of the tacos due to being mistreated as a customer. I was charged a full 19.31 on my account but was given only 6 dollars back in cash and so im requesting the rest of my money to be returned due to the  food (soup and tacos) being returned and the attempt to discuss the problem about the  food but unable to speak in a civil manner to the manager due to the inappropriate language and conduct of the manager.

Complaint: A customer ordered 3 tacos and a soup to go and took it home. Approximat?ly 15 mir utes later she called and explained the soup was cold. I know the soup was not cold, as I had packag ?d it myself, but in the interest of expediting the matter. She was told we would credit her, the amount c f the soup. She decided to come back to the store. Upon her arrival, I explained to her that we ha d a power surge and it would take a few minutes, for the computer to come back up. We wanted to g ve her a refund. It was taking to long for the computer to come back online, so we decided to {:ive her tl- e cash. I am sorry she didn't feel that the soup was not hot enough. The soup was $5.50( soup and 2 tor illas) and she received a $6.00 refund. We are actually quite shocked that we are having to respond to a Revdex.com comp aint. The :ustomer was given a refund for an even larger amount, then what was returned. The complaint evci states she was given a refund. Had anything else been returned , she would have received a refund. Thanks, Management
