Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If you go to the link provided by the seller it clearly shows that the item never left San AntonioThe shipping address that I provided the seller is a P.OBox and not my home address so the package could not have been refused by me or anyone else at my residenceI live alone so that couldn't happen anywayAlso, there would have been no point in refusing an item that I have been patiently waiting for and paid forI presume that if a package had made it all the way from Texas to my home in Ontario , Canada there would be some kind of explanation for the package refusalAlso, I doubt very much that a small package could have made it to my small Canadian town and then all the way back to Texas in one weekThere's more to this story and I think the seller knows that the ball was dropped somewhere between him and me and I'm apparently the fall guy Regards, [redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2016/03/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I got a pedicure on Friday afternoon but the backs of my legs didn't start to bother me until Saturday morningBy Sunday they were bright red and burningI was going to call cali spa but I was out of town for valentine's day and figured I would just wait until the next day and see if the redness/burning would go awayI woke up Monday and it was still red and irratatingMy friend, who received the same services on the same day, text me and told me she had the same problem so I know it was from the services rendered at cali spaI don't believe that I should of had to pay *** for a pedicure and as a result of getting the pedicure have redness and burning on my legsNo refund policy or not, it isn't professional

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
This company has not honored the agreement and has actually made the situation worseIt is now a fraud issue since they have shipped a knowingly defective and damaged productThis company does not deserve to have an A rating from the Revdex.com and I want my complaint updated immediately so other people can see that they did NOT honor their response. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
This thing has dragged on now for two months. Taco Tunes has agreed to refund me the $36 they charged me but nine days have gone by and no refund. Refunds are quick and easy for suppliers so I'm wondering if they actually intend to honor their commitment.Regards,

I am afraid that Mr. [redacted] is not being honest in is statement. He placed his order on 11/19/2015. The order was promptly shipped on 11/20/2015. Mr. [redacted] is stating it sat in San Antonio for a week. That is false. Mr. [redacted]’s statement regarding not responding. We responded to Mr. [redacted] and...

let him know that someone in his home “refused” the package.  I have attached a link that proves our claims above. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=[redacted] Mr. [redacted] asked how quickly we could ship another package. We told him it would be a few days and he should purchase elsewhere.  We are willing to offer a refund for the item. However, Mr. [redacted] should be responsible for the shipping costs.  We should not have to pay for lack of communication with his family member that sent the package back with a return to sender request from USPS. I apologize this transaction did not go according to Mr. [redacted]’s standard. However, we can not be held responsible for his lack of communication in his own household.

We have found the issue with this refund. Please note this customer purchased this item back in 04/16/2016. Please see attached invoice. The customer requested a refund nearly 8 months later. This is past our standard policy of 14 days. The issue reported to us by the merchant is this purchase is no...

longer eligible for a refund. The merchant does not offer credit card refunds after 90 days.   Our automated system is stating that the refund was issued as shown below in the screen capture. However, due to the 90 day period with the merchant, we are unable to process the refund electronically.      If the customer agrees to close out this complaint and remove it from our Revdex.com file, we will mail him a check. Otherwise we will ship the unit back to him.     We accept that we are incorrect regarding the refund. However, we ask for the customer to remove this because of our willingness to offer a refund WAY after the return period in our policies and procedures clearly listed here. [redacted]
