To Whom it may concern: I am writing in response to a complaint the Revdex.com received about my business, Taco Unico, in March of from Mr [redacted] His complaint addresses his concern that we have inconsistent pricing for sides that do not usually accompany our burritoWe always strive to give our customers the best quality of food and service, and feel that we always treat our customers fairly and wellMr [redacted] also alleges that we treat Spanish speaking and White Americans different that we treat himThis is absolutely and I am troubled that Mr [redacted] feels this way Mr [redacted] has never dined in our restaurantHe has only picked up food to goI am not sure why he is alleging discriminationWhen Mr [redacted] calls, he repeatedly asks for additional items for his burritoWe are happy to accommodate him, but there are additional charges for additional items ordered I will be updating our written menu to reflect the price of additional items in hopes to avoid situations like this in the futureI do appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing this to our attention and I hope we have a continued business relationship Additionally, I am happy to give Mr [redacted] the $he is asking for I hope this email resolves this issue and I appreciate your attention to this matter Sincerely, [redacted] Taco Unico
