In regards to the response from Tacoma Nissan I/e Kia Sorrento purchashed by me [redacted] I spoke with my salesman on the day of purchase about the tires, he said they were safe and that the car had passed the safety inspectionafter the purchase I took the vehichle to my reputable mechanic whom has helped me with repairs and service before on other cars I do this when I buy a used vehichle, they give an inspection themselves mainly the tires were a concearn he said they were unsafe and should be replaced, as so were the other items that the dealer said passed safety inspection I had two blow out within five thousand miles, this was not mentioned in the dealers response, he had sid they were good for ten thousand miles I spoke with the finance corporation about the price and my concearns, they told me I called them after the allotted time and there was a cut off point for they could have helped me otherwise, they suggested I ask the dealer for a cut in price, it was up to me, that was never done although I did speak of the things I mentioned with the service tech at the dealer, the transmission fluid was very old and dirty too like the tires, wipers and there was no saftey lock key to get the hub caps off and at the time of purchase the low tire lite was on I tried not to make myself a nuisance at he car dealer but I spoke with the manager as well,though I did not receive any action All the businesses I've taken the car to are also part of the Revdex.com.org I also have a two year warrentyon the vehichle [redacted]

This is in reference to Ms [redacted] Revdex.com complaint dated 12/12/| # [redacted] Tacoma Nissan does acknowledge our event held in October that Ms [redacted] is referring to In this flyer that she received it goes into great detail about the all the rules of this promotion and is properly disclosedMs [redacted] has noted her prize was a $bill, clearly she had all the information on the flyer about the promotion and she accepted her prize and took it with her when she left the dealership We also see that she is mentioning our referral program, if a customer sends someone into Tacoma Nissan that actually purchases a vehicle, we will gladly pay $to the referring party, noting that we need to know about the referral at the time of purchase However, the person that she sent to us bought at an entirely different dealership thus making the referral bonus void as an offer at Tacoma Nissan however we will honor this referral fee for Ms [redacted] as an act of good faith I am referring Ms [redacted] to work with Karen B [redacted] at [redacted] @tacomanissan.com or x [redacted] to receive her $referral checkPlease provide to her the customer name and date of purchase, Karen will get a check issued Sincerely, Steve C [redacted] Executive Manager Tacoma Nissan

We are writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 3/14/regarding our businessMs [redacted] entered into a purchase agreement with our dealership for a used Honda CivicDuring the time of her purchase our Business Manager Ingo H [redacted] properly communicated to her that she was not approved and that? we would be sending her information on to lending institutions for financing approval all of which Ms [redacted] agreed toIt is unfortunate that we were not able to obtain financing for the vehicle that Ms [redacted] wanted to purchase and her contract was rescinded Sincerely, Steve C [redacted] Executive Manager ?

We are responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] and the purchase of her new Nissan Juke Ms [redacted] has been provided a second key and owners manual for her new Juke, both of these items that were missing were noted at the time of her vehicle delivery and on a vehicle "We-Owe" that was provided to her at that timeThe new Juke did in fact have a spare tire in the vehicle and the location of the tire can be a bit confusing at times this was pointed out to Ms [redacted] by our sales representative Kieran at delivery and again at a later date We believe at this time that all of Ms [redacted] 's concerns have been addressed and that she is completely satisfied at this time Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond

This is in response to Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] for Mr[redacted]? ? ? ? ? We acknowledge that Mr[redacted] purchased a KIA Sorento from Tacoma Nissan in July Firstly addressing his concerns regarding the safety inspection? Our Service records do show a
closed work order (RO# [redacted]); This inspection indicated the need for and we completed an oil change, replacement of front wiper blades, a four wheel alignment and replacement of the air filter.? Our Technician found no other areas of concernPlease note that our safety checks are completed by Certified Technicians that work in our Service Department.?
Secondly we are addressing Mr[redacted]’s concern about the price of the KIA SorentoHe entered into a purchase agreement for the KIA Sorento, this vehicle was sold as a Pre-owned vehicle, we clearly document and posted on the window that it is being sold “As Is”He noted that he compared the price of KIA Sorento with Kelley Blue BookPlease note that these types of websites, such as Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds.com? or even BlackBook are just tools and they do not represent true market value of the vehicle which we do take into consideration when pricing a vehicle for saleWe believe that our vehicle was at a fair purchase price, was clearly disclosed and agreed to by Mr[redacted] at the time of purchase.We certainly do not wish any miscommunication with Mr[redacted] during his visit when purchasing his KIA SorentoAs an Automotive Dealership within our community we always value our clear and concise information that we share with each guest at the time of signing the purchase orderSincerely,Steve C[redacted]General ManagerTacoma Nissan
