Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Giving us the option of 5,less on a trade in when you said you would list it for exactly what was said by the manager is INSANE! I am sure you made a decent profit off of the original sale last yearThen we come back and want to trade in the same unit, almost newThe original price we were given, we were comfortable with knowing we were getting a decent trade and you guys would still be making a decent profitWe more than understand overhead, profit margins, fair prices, etc and feel that the original offer was fair on both sides, that is why we did not ask for more money on our end or try and get the in stock unit for lessI just cannot see how it is justifiable to make FIVE THOUSAND more dollars off of us when we have already given your dealership multiple cash sales and referralsI know from our own business practices I would much rather make small amounts off of a bunch of happy customers than make a lot off of one very angry customer, but that is just my personal opinion and experience Sincerely, [redacted]

This was a used unit and the customer has signed an as is on this unitWe did shampoo the carpet per the customer request before they took delivery We would not know if a unit has fleas I did offer the customer to re shampoo carpet but the customer hung up on me LaDonna- Tacoma RV

the customer has turned this into there insurance company as there was a hole in the roof that caused the leakingLaDonna

Unfortunately, as the owner of Tacoma RV Center, I have a responsibility not just to my customers but also to what is best for the company Once I had reviewed the initial quote that was given to the customer by one of our managers, I felt that it was imperative that I call the customer and explain why this had to be adjusted It is never my intention to back out of a deal and I am always trying to do what is best for all involved I do acknowledge that a mistake was overlooked regarding a trade in We appreciate return customers and referrals as well as this is our way of earning business We will use this as a training scenario so that this unfortunate situation does not occur again And again, we apologize for the miscommunications and hope that we can move forward in the future towards earning you back as a customer LaDonna M [redacted] 253-896-

We do check the units out when the customer takes deliveryThe Customer took delivery of their unit in October 2016, at that time they were shown that things worked and the proper way to work thing in their unit Yes they did bring it back to us for repairs for a heat pump and the refrigerator on January 27th of We did have to order the customer a new heat pumpit does take about weeks for parts to get to us from Indiana The customers unit was deliver back to them on February 26th In the RV world this is very timely for a start to finish when parts are being ordered for a unit any other questions please let me knowLaDonna M***Tacoma RV
