This member set up a monthly recurring automatic debit from his account and when that was deducted from his account, he did not have the funds to pay it. His account then went negative and if someone sets up a recurring debit and goes negative, we can charge the fee. We will be
happy to return his fees this one time and I will call him and explain this to him. I am trying to find out who he talked to when he called, but I have not been able to at this timeThank you
