I hired Tim A*** paying him directly, not the fake name company he uses MrA*** demanded payment in full, never completed the work, then promises to come back...which he never does Also he refuses all certified mail and is not licensed by the city of Philadelphia 100% dishonest!

Review: had sod laid was not done properly.called many times and the final response was a hangup.the contract states he would replace dead spots in two weeks,now 2 months nothing done.Desired Settlement: do properly or give refund
