Review: On December 10 at approximately 8:35pm, I ordered a steak quesadilla and a steak nachos. My food was delivered around 8:45pm; however, the steak nachos actually had carnitas on the top; instead of the steak that I ordered for it. I took it back and about 10 minutes later, at 8:55pm, my nachos came, but it had very scarce steak on it. At 9pm, all the customers (including myself), were ask to leave the restaurant, because they were closing. I had just got my nachos back and I was still enjoying my quesadilla when I was asked to leave.

The weather outside was RAINING, WINDY, and VERY COLD! I wanted to enjoy my food in the comfort of a warm restaurant, but now I was being kicked out, because the teen cashier wanted to clean the restaurant and go home as soon as he could. There were four other patrons in the restaurant at this time.

The "steak" nachos I was given appeared to have the leftover steak put thereon. Basically, I received whatever was left in the bin...a very small portion...NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!

I contacted the owner ([redacted]) of Tacos & Co. on December 12, 2015 and explain my situation. [redacted] said that he would look at the cameras and investigate the incident that happened and get back with me. [redacted] did NOT get back with me! I then called [redacted] again on December 24 and [redacted] and mentioned that he forgot to follow up with me and promised that he would and get back with me. To date, [redacted] has not gotten back with me. I left a voicemail for [redacted] on January 20 and a text on January 21...no reply back.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter of apology about a lack of hospitality and professionalism received on my December 10 visit. I would like to know what steps [redacted] is taking to ensure that an incident like this will not happen in the future. I would like to be reimbursed for my steak nachos of $8.62, because I did not get what I ordered, nor was I able to enjoy those nachos.
