I am rejecting this response because: It's nice of them to go over their rules with me, but there was no apology, nor any kind of direct answer as to what they are going to doThey just made it clear they and busy and that I can leave a message with the cashier if I want to

As soon as I worked in there , the cashier had a negative look on her faceShe didn't give me my receipt nor let me know how long it would take for my order to be doneAfter she finished helping someone else, I asked how much longer, she said more minutesI asked if I could have some chips and salsa , she said no, that it's only for the people that dined in thereAfter I got my food, I asked for an extra salsa for my tacos and she denied it as wellI called to complain to a Maria [redacted] , that's what the so called owner said her name was, on my second cal to the business The reason it was the second time I spoke to her is because the first time I spoke to her and let her know what happen, she was rude and hung upThe second time I spoke to her was to let her know I would be making a complaint, but she didn't care

its clients and and new customers with quality food and serviceOur restaurant has set limitations due to extensive recent product cost increaseOur salsa portions are determined by dish selections but also giving our customers the option to request additional salsas for a small extra costOur chip and salsa policy has been updated and only our dine in customers are served with free chips and salsa while dining in our restaurantThe estimated wait time on take out orders is never certain but we guarantee that it will be ready in the order they are received, for this we recommend that take out orders are placed over th'e phone to experience a shorter wait time at our locationAs a manager and prep cook on duty it is uncertain when I can be reached over the phone for comments or complaints but our cashier on duty is glad to take a message and call back number to return your call outside of our rush hours, due to high business volume unfortunately we can't guarantee a specific date or time but we assure that your concerns will not go unnoticedWe pride our success in the food industry by providing top quality food and service, your questions and comments are important to us please let us know how we can be of further service.
