Hi I just left a restuarant to get lunch and noticed I was eating moldy cheese that was on my food. I started vomiting as soon as I noticed it. My mother went inside to get a refund and to let them know was was going on. They denied it was mold until another working confirmed it was moldy cheese. They didnt not refund our money, or discard if the cheese they said was fresh. The manager came out to see what was going on and rudely said responded back in spanish "well ask her what she wants us to do, make her new food'" Right after my mom told them I was a heart patient who can NOT have bacteria in my body.

we pride ourselves in serving fresh food, we have reached out to our third party providers to insure that we receive quality products to avoid this in the future.
We have also had meetings with our restaurant management to pay closer attention to the quality of products we provide our customers.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept their response. I have heart problems and can get any Infection because it can be a a very serious situation for me. The fact that all they cant say is that they apologize after I was vomiting for 3 date and didn't even have a appetite is not acceptable!
