Review: I paid this company for "Priority" shipping so that my package would be delivered within 2-3 business days but when I called the shipping company they said the date was a week after the posted delivery date, delivery date was for June 10th 2013, new delivery date is now June 17th 2013, If I am paying for "Priority" shipping for delivery in 2-3 business days I should get what I am paying for, right? I called the company about my complaint and all they said was it was the shipping company's fault and they don't guarantee the delivery date. When I asked for my shipping fee to be refunded back to me they refused. I then asked to speak to the supervisor or owner and the person on the phone got aggressive and announced himself as the "Owner" and started yelling, at which time I said I would call the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) and file a complaint, the "owner" then hung up the phone.

We received this order [redacted] on 06/06/13 at 6:42 pm PST and shipped out next day 06/07/13 by USPS Priority Mail as customer chosen through online purchase.

All of our package is sent with Signature Confirmation for 100% delivery confirmation. For this order #6073, USPS attempted package delivery on 06/10/13 but customer wasn't available to received and resulted them to leave notice to customer. We do not promise 100% delivery time and shipping is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delay cause by USPS or customer not being available to receive package. There are also other shipping methods available on our online store (FedEx ground, UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select, Ground & USPS Express) and USPS Priority Mail is the cheapest among those shipping methods and it is common sense to understand there is possibility of unexpected delay in shipping.

Regarding for customer stating we started to yelling is falsified statement and it was customer who started conversation with "Tone of Command" We explained to customer that we can not control unexpected shipping delays. We tried repeatedly to explain but customer just said "OK, you will hear from Revdex.com. SO we said that will be fine.
