Tactical Wholesalers

Purchased *** device for *** for $227.92 on 3/4/2019. The device does not work at all. Requested RMA from *** and received EMail 3/11/2019 stating they refused RMA because they do not accept returns after box is opened.

This policy allows them to sell defective merchandise and the customer has absolutely no recourse and is stuck with defective non-working merchandise at his/her expense.

I ordered online and spent over $100 for a piece of safety equipment for a firefighter. They say the sent it, but didnt require a signature. Why anyone would send something with that value without signature is poor business. They made no attempt to help me. I was never told they send deliveries without signature. Based on customer service I doubt they even sent the actual product. They do t answer phones.

I purchased a *** laser sight for my handgun and put it on the gun. Keep in mind I am a millwright and grew up in a machine shop and very mechanical and knowledgable about assembly of thing. The first time I fired my pistol the sight broke off and fell in snow.
I contacted tactical wholesalers via email. they told me to contact ***. I responded I didn't buy from *** but from you. They said if I had problems they would help. lol I called *** twice, left messages and no one has responded. I emailed tactical wholesalers this. They told me get ready this is funny. If it came broke in box they would warranty. But if you put on gun they don't stand behind it. Are you kidding it is a gun sight, where else would it go. We are looking at around $90 dollars for an item that lasted less than one minute. tactical wholesalers refuses to help or stand behind the product which they sold. Im not asking for anything but another sight or my money back.
