fine What she doesn’t tell you is , she also had us working to re do her Master Closet, Her entire Hydronic heating system, Back hall and creating a new laundry room on the first floor , all in addition to what she is complaining about, she also would not pay any of the sub-contractors in full , to the point where nobody will come back to work there. Nothing at Kimberly’s house could be done fast enough or cheap enough and added things every other day ! I worked for Kimberly’s Father the year prior for about the same dollar value with 100% Success which is the only reason I worked for her against my better judgement. Please let me know when you are available to meet in person to articulate the details . I will be meeting with her tomorrow morning at , but with no guarantee I will be able to do what she may be looking for , as I suspect they are things she is looking for more to be done without paying I look forward to hearing back from you on this matter . I'm really not inclined to be drawn into a debate about the materials used for the limited amount of work that was completedWhile there is indeed plenty of the work that had to be corrected and re-done, my biggest complaint is that the job had been abandoned and the work left unfinished for monthsI signed the design retainer, but not the second document Mr***n produced.Regardless, the net result is that he was paid approximately $9,000, and he delivered half a job at his own admission. I reiterate his own words, "I am willing to accept the fact that I failed on this jobI'm sure your carpenter can do a great job finishing it upI am very sorry for how this turned out."The job is now finished by another carpenter, at an additional cost of $4627.50, including the cost of the stainless steel cabinet doors from *** through *** *** on *** *** *** This additional payment to another carpenter and for materials never produced by Mr***n represents about 1/of the monies already paid to Mr***n.This is why I am asking for the $4,back(actually, it should be $4,627.50, but I would be firm on accepting $4,000.)Thank you for your consideration,Steve ***

The documents I have in my possession have been signed by *** and our his wife, I didn’t make anything up and the Design Retainer is not 100% applicable to the kitchenette, that is all spelled out and signed. As to the Stain, it is a very Dark Stain, It is not Paint. The Stain is a custom formulization Made By Mohawk , which is the finest stain money can buy if you look into the industry, and the finish coat is a Catalyzed Conversion Varnish By Chemcraft also the top of the line finish , please look into if you would like there are no better products for wood finishing available , the framing he speaks of with the yellow glue is a sub knee wall which is totally covered and not seen .
