TADA Party Rentals

I paid this company a $deposit in October for a party in December as time got close I tried calling and emailing also f/b the company and never got a respondsSo when December date for the party came TaDa Rentals was a no show and they never called or reached out to me to this day I've still tried to leave message, emails and still no reply or refund was given

My daughters birthday party was October 30, 2- The person responding through Facebook text agreed to supply a bounce house, snow cone and cotton candy makerThe night prior to the party, I was offered a certificate of insurance and agreed that they would deliver at noon the following dayThey arrived at 10:and set up the bounce house, set the snow cone and cotton candy machine on a chair and leftNo verbal anythingWhen my mother asked for the certificate of insurance she aided that she did not have on hand and we could get a copy from the office I attempted to set up the snow cone machine did not closeI did not use itI then attempted to use the cotton candy machine and the springs were brokenI immediately to a video message and sent it via Facebook I immediately received a call back and was told that my mother was rude and she is picking up her stuff now, an hour before the party startsI begged her not to and she agreed to let it stayWhen picking up the equipment, I tried to show her the snow cone machine, at that time she advised that the door is not necessaryI then showed her the Cotten candy machineShe said that I could speak to someone in the office and she advised she charged my card $This morning $posted from my banking facilityI immediately began calling the "office" at 9:00am and my calls were ignoredI attempted to message her and she has blocked me from Facebook I contacted my bank and stopped paymentMy mother attempted contacting office and she is blocked from Facebook as wellI would like to discuss billing and I am happy to pay, but I have no way of contacting the officePlease assist
