is always our first priority that every customer leaves our business happily
and satisfied.We treat our customer as a GOD.But we are really very sorry about
whatever happened on Monday 09-07-2015.With reference to the complaint ID
10807822,customer looks very specific about the date &...

time of the
incident.But after collecting all the details from the caller ID and point of
sale system,we would like to clarify some facts.
                                                                            On
09-07-2015 at 7.19 pm customer called in and placed his order with the host.The
order was sent to the kitchen for preparation at 7.20 pm as per POS system
record and asked him to pick up his order in 20 minutes.So his order supposed
to be completed by    7.40 pm not by 7.20
pm as mentioned by him.But anyways ,his order was ready at 7.40 pm
approximately.Then he came up to host to pay for his order.Unfortunately , host
charged him an incorrect amount by mistake.To correct the mistake properly,host
discussed the matter with the manager and manager cancelled the charges
immediately and assured the customer that the transaction has been voided and
there will be no charges occur on his credit card.But the customer was still
not satisfied and demanded a written statement.For customer satisfaction,
manager wrote a statement on a company letterhead dictated by customer in a
very rudely manner..                                    ...⇄ />                                                                                                                               But
in Vain,he is still not happy and ordered in bossy style to the host to open
the POS and check the time taken to complete the order.POS was showing 40 minutes
since the order was placed and time on the clock was 8pm.The food was sitting
there for less than 20 minutes not 30 minutes as he mentioned in the complaint.
                                        ...⇄ /> Now he came to the real point and demanded free food or make it fresh again.It was not possible and necessary
to make fresh food which was sitting there less than 20 minutes at that
time.Manager refused to give him free food because the order was made on time
and customer wasted 20 minutes in unnecessary arguments.Then he insulted our
staff using word  ²BIG
IS” and left.
                       
We are sure If we had given him a free food then freshness of the food
did not matter to him and he won’t complaint Revdex.com.This was what happened
unfortunately.We are trying our best to serve more & more people than loose
even one customer.We can provide you caller ID and POS proofs if needed.
