I reviewed my monthly credit card statement and saw that Tadpole Pool Services billed me for $on 4/17/I previously used Tadpole Pool Services up until 4/27/At the time of cancellation, I had tried to get an ESTIMATE for some equipment repairs for over a year, but nobody would ever get back with me, so I went with a contractorI emailed Tadpole and let them know that the estimate and their monthly pool cleaning service was no longer neededThey have emailed me stating that I had an open invoice but for the work that I had a contractor performI have the emails and the owner's acknowledgement email that he was to process the cancellation
I also have spoken with the business and let them know that the do NOT have permission to bill my credit card
At no time, was the work that they are billing me for completed by them with my permission
