Tadpoles LLC Response to Revdex.com Complaint:On August 23, 2017, our records indicate that [redacted] first emailed our technical support team indicating that he had been receiving emails about one of our products which he did not order or have any association withA customer support case was created that same day and was assigned to our Tier One Support TeamOn August 26, 2017, ***'s case was escalated to our Tier Two Support Team and an update was emailed to ***On August 28, 2017, [redacted] emailed us again Informing us that he has continued to receive emails from one of our products and has placed a claim with the Revdex.comOn August 29, 2017, research on the case concluded and it was determined that one of our customers had mistakenly entered ***'s email address when updating their account information in our system, We notified the customer of their mistake so that they could take appropriate corrective action, Additionally, We blocked ***'s email address from receiving emails from our systems, We closed the case on August 29, within our window of time to close cases
