them to report to their credit card company about the fraudulent charges from "Online Business Corp". I talked to Traci in September 2016 when she called me the first time about this. It seemed like she understood the situation then and was going to work with her credit card company to get the her money back. For some reason, her credit card company did not issue her a refund she was expecting.  Instead of trying to work with higher level management in her credit card company, she called me again during Christmas holiday when our family was out of the country on a vacation and blamed us about the charge which had nothing to do with our company. I called her right after I got back to my office and explained the whole situation again.  She finally understood the situation and agreed to work with her credit card company again to have the issue resolved.  I also asked her to remove the complaint from Revdex.com about our company because we had nothing to do with the charges on her credit card.  Obviously she has not done so until now.  I will contact her again and get this straighten out asap.
