On 02/12/2013 La Contenta Dental I had a Root Canal with D[redacted]. I was quoited $900.00 for there services. They gave me a $196.00 discount, and after asking 3 times to make sure that that was to cover my next appointment on 02/14/2013 that was to finish the root canal with the permanent filling and all 3 times I was told that was already included and there would not be any other charges. My Insurance was to pay $107.80, on 2/12/13 I paid $800.00 with a $0 balance. On 6/21/13 I received a bill for $438.60. I call them to inform them that I had no balance, I was told that my Insurance only paid $85.40 of the $107.80. On 7/16/13 I paid $22.40, for a $0 balance. The next bill I received was on 12/26/13 for $416.20. Which I do not owe, I have not had any service as after the 2/14/13 to finish the Root Canal with a permanent filling.
