Review: I hired Taft Roofing [redacted] Phone: [redacted] to repair my townhouse roof leak after Thanksgiving 2013. The repair was scheduled and conducted by [redacted]- Owner on Nov. 29,2013. I received a receipt with a 1 year warranty from this company. However on rainy day December 6, 2013 my tenant called me to report that roof the is still leaking. We have contacted Taft roofing multiple times between me and my tenant. It rained several days between December 6, 2013 until today Jan. 5, 2014. As a result, my electrical wiring in my basement short circuited and the leak is damaging my property and a potential hazardous mildew problems. My tenant has allergies and sensitive to molds, mildews and requires immediate resolution to these issues. The Owner had promised in two occasions that he will be in my property on December 9, 2013, however he did not show up or even gave me a courtesy call. My telephone log clearly shows my effort to reach out Taft Roofing to no avail. On December 18, 2013, he indicated that he will stop by my townhouse to make sure to check and rectify these issues, again he never showed up and until now, I still have a leaky roof.Desired Settlement: Several Options.1. He can repair the leak as soon as possible and check for other leak damages.2. Provide warranty3. Provide refund
