I am rejecting this response because:The business had received pictures of the incorrect order as well as confirmation of my order NumberAs for the multiple responses, one response every three weeks isn't a sufficient way of communicationRegardless of knowing the mistake was made, the business still slacked on timely responses, apologies or offering any solution other than sending it back after a full two months. I already sent the order back to them finally but expect compensation for my inconvenience as well as the incompetence of the companies efforts regarding the situation

Hello [redacted], We have contacted the customer multiple times as well to request more information on the issue.  We have also sent the customer a return label so he can return the incorrect letters and once we receive them, we can send the replacement right away.  We cannot just send a new...

set without first receiving the return.  I truly hope the customer understands that this is basic return policy.  A full refund cannot be made either until we actually have received the return.  We are awaiting the response of the customer regarding the return.
