[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease type details here: Mr*** is totally wrong about what I want He claims that I want to keep the dog tags and also get a refund NO I want the cheap S.O.Bto send me a prepaid envelope to return the defective items he sent me in order to get a refund His idea of wrapping the tags and chains and silencers in paper and then just mail them with a cent stamp he will provide me is totally rediculous! The post office wont mail something just wrapped in paper Plus it will cost more than cents once he sends me a prepaid envelope designed to send what I need to mail It is his fault the tags are defective he is the one responsible to pay to get them back If the tags were done correctly no one would have to do anything associated with returning them I CAN'T believe that Mr***'s business has an A+ rating from you????? An A+ company would treat their customers with first class service and not request a customer to do ANYTHING that is his responsibility!! I am just very very glad that I didn't order a large amount of items from him What a hassle that would be to get him to pay for the return postage if it was for a large quantity of items with a higher cost to return them All I can say now is word of mouth is valuable to a company that wants to be known as a good company Not going to happen I am going to tell everyone I have on facebook and twitter what a Crappy company his is unless he pays to return his defective items and gives me a refund for the items and the postage that I paid of $for
