I believe this "business" is scamming their customers and not ever following through with the product that is advertised on their websiteI ordered product over a month ago and was supposed to receive an e-mail when everything got shipped, however, I never received an e-mailWhen I followed up with the company to the two e-mails they provide on their site ( [redacted] ) I never received any word back on the status of my orderAfter further investigation of their [redacted] page [redacted] ) I realized that I was not the only one experiencing these types of issues and felt it necessary to make sure that they do not continue with whatever scam they are involved inThere has been no customer service involved in any step of the process and no one has responded to any of my e-mails inquiring about my orderI firmly believe they are running a scam site and feel it important to have it taken down

I have several complaints about Tagpop, but the two I will focus on are customer service and false advertising. I placed an order with this company on February 17, 2017. I never received an email with shipping confirmation, but after going out of town for a couple weeks, I figured my order would be waiting for me when I got back. It wasn't. I waited a little while longer, giving the company the benefit of the doubt and thinking they would reach out to me eventually with an update. Finally, after waiting a full month with no contact, I sent out an email to ask what was going on with my order. Someone emailed me back stating that they were sold out of 2 items from my order and let me know they would refund me. They then said my order would be sent out within 1-2 days. I wasn't given a tracking number or any shipping information. A week and a half later, I received another email saying the order would be shipped out "within the day," a complete contradiction to what they had previously

I signed up for a subscription service with this companyAfter my first item as delivered, I e-mailed the company to cancel my subscriptionAfter a few weeks and multiple unanswered e-mails, I attempted to contact them via social mediaI was promised a refund and cancelationThe following month, my card was charged againI contacted them via social media again and they claimed to issue a refund (this never happened)They also claimed that they would cancel my subscription once again and that the issue would not reoccurThe following month, my card was charged for a third unauthorized timeI followed the same procedure above, but this time began leaving messages publicly on their [redacted] pageThey blocked me from leaving any comments to other users facing similar issuesIt was only after this that they actually canceled my subscription and refunded me for two of the charges on my card

This company is a complete and total scam and needs to be dissolved immediatelyThe company claims that they send cool vintage clothes to consumers in the form of sweaters, sweatshirts, tee shirts, and flannelsIt touts that the shirts will be "buttery soft" and that the flannels will be broken inTheir biggest claim is that everything is vintage
The company uses a "mystery" format, I guess so that people can't complain that they don't like what they get, everything is "luck of the draw"
I ordered a pack of mystery tees, two flannels, and a sweater from the company, indicating that I absolutely could not wear a wool sweater due to an allergy
The company sent me a wool sweater, which isn't even in the correct size
But here is where insult comes in, my two flannels which were also not the size I ordered are from ***, they are not vintage at all, they are simply from last year
I also got a shirt stating that it was from 2015, again not vintageAnd the other

I ordered items from TagPop on 9/30/17, none of which were predicted by the company to take longer than expected or on back orderI was told my order would be processed and shipped in 5-business days via the confirmation email I received on 9-30-After communications with the company via *** Messenger, I received an email on 10-19-saying that my order was ready to shipI have checked the tracking information provided times since, including 16:on 10-21-17, and the package still has not been shipped via ***This time far exceeds 5-business days and each timw I have reached out, I have gotten generic responses that come straight from the confirmation email, even though it has been longerAt this point, I would just like to warn others and do not intend to do business with this company again

I ordered a "monthly mystery package" from Tagpop and received 4/of my items heavily stainedI didn't mind at this point but did ask to be able to refund my items due to the state of themI was told to return the items and when I sent the tracking confirmation in , I would be immediately refundedSo I did, and yet I never received any emails, or refunds, even though I was able to track the return from my end and see that they had received itI waited a few days and sent another email asking for any clarification, or response to the reception of my package, and yet I heard no response or refund

I subscribed to their monthly t-shirt service In January, I contacted the business via email about the shipping charge I was charged $for shipping while the website clearly stated $for subscription t-shirt deliveryIt should be noted the tshirts are only $5, I don't want to pay more for shipping than I did for the shirt But I received an immediate reply back apologizing for the overcharge and $was refunded This month, I received notification that my subcriiption shirt was being shipped and I was again overcharged for the shipping This time, when I emailed about the overcharge, I was refunded my entire shipping and was told that the shipping price was now $and that they were canceling my subscription To be clear, the website still at this moment clearly shows $for the shipping fee, so I don't believe their associate was being truthful I feel as if it is retaliation for repeatedly identifying their overcharge to my account And if they are overch

Upon ordering XL "buttery soft vintage" T shirts for the price of one, I received one that was not even vintage, one that was fine, and another one that was sexistI complained, and they said they would ship out new onesAfter a while of it not showing up, I email TagPop again and they say it would take up to weeks totalweeks go by, still no shipping confirmation or productI find out today that the company has blocked me on their Facebook page now, even though they still owe me a promised replacement productThis company is advertising, inconsistent, disorganized, and lying

I ordered t shirts from Tagpop on March 6, I was told in the order confirmation email that it could take 5-business days for my order to get processedAfter waiting longer than 5-business days, I sent an email asking what had happened with my orderI was told that they were undergoing a transition to another facility which was why my order was taking longer than usaualI eventually received my order on April 9, I was not happy with the t shirts I was given so I sent an email asking how I could return themAfter being told that if I shipped the order back myself and provided the tracking number, my refund would be processedAfter sending the tracking number I have yet to receive any email or refundI have contacted this business via email and social media after my package was delivered and I have yet to get any response

This business is a huge scam, they never send anything and when you try to get a refund they never reply to your emailsThey block people on *** where they have most of their ad time, huge fraudWish I could have my money back

This buisness has awful customer service and blocks anyone from their *** page who submits negative reviews or comments on their experienceThey used advertising to lure people into buying them and take well over a month to address any issues you email them withWorst service I have ever used

I purchased vintage style shirts from TagPop, under their advertisements about the styles and quality of their productsInstead of receiving comfortable, stylish, vintage, and clean items, I received vacation destination shirts in poor condition - many with stainsThey were terrible quality and could not even be donated to my local *** because of their quality
I reached out to TagPop on at least different occasions with my experience and was informed that if I contacted customer service they would send me more shirts of their promised qualityI was asked to provide them with a few details about items which I preferred or liked, so that they could personally curate better itemsI was then handed off to a different shipping manager associate, who I could not get a response from for weeksAt first he honestly had forgotten about meOn two different occasions, he told me that my items were on the way, yet they never arrivedI reached back out to the original pe

We will continue to work hard to improve this customer's experience along with all others. We have provided a full refund, have offered to send free stuff and stil lwill continue to check in with them until we have made up for how we wronged them.  We have apologized and will continue to do so until they are satisfied.   Thank you for considering.

I am rejecting this response because: This complaint was filed almost a year ago and it shows that your customer service has yet to improve since this time. Happily refunded is not exactly what I would call it---forced to ask for a refund because the product was never supplied. Also, I had to make several requests in order to get the refund fulfilled. I am currently and will never be interested in any further transactions with this company.
