Hi there, we have already provided the buyer with a prepaid return shipping label which we usually do not doThe buyer sent the item back in the wrong packaging and *** has "refused" the packageWe will be sure to waive the restocking fee for the return and refund once the return is received

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The package was returned in the appropriate packaging for the item purchased, a *** priority mail pouch I put the item back in the original packaging, affixed the prepaid label and sent back to the seller as instructed I can only suggest that the seller, after reluctantly agreeing to pay return shipping, attempted to save on costs and chose the flat envelope cost to save money Although this is even in question. The item in question is a men's pair of cargo pants and certainly wouldn't fit in a flat envelope The seller obviously knows this as they sell literally hundreds of items of clothing per month After refusing the package and almost months, the item was finally returned to me by the *** marked as refused delivery, thus confirming my suspicions.As a side note, I purchased the pants because they were advertised on *** as Khaki in color Cargo pantsWhat I received were an awful color of camouflage thus the desire to return them So upon receipt of the return, I inspected the item in greater detail and found an obvious inch factory rip on the seam with a RED ARROW sticker pointing to it! The item was listed on *** as "new without flaws"!!! Yet another misrepresentation! After considerable back and forth with the seller and no resolution (and I mean considerable)i decided to get *** involved *** stepped in, reviewed both sides of the case and ruled in my favorThey reimbursed me the cost of the item as well as the shipping I am satisfied that I was reimbursed my costs but it's clear to me that this seller went to almost unimaginable lengths to avoid the return of the item as well as reimburse me for the cost Shame on them.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Once again this business is being dishonest.  Their is nothing on the Amazon page where the item is listed.  There is nothing about a 20% handling charge on bathing suits that are returned.  When I started dealing with this company AFTER they took 20% out of my returned money about bathing suits be non returnable.  First they said their item description indicates bathing suits are non returnable.  There is noting on the item description which indicates this.  If that was the case why did they let me return the bathing suit.    There is absouthly nothing on their site on amazon which states a 20% handling charge on returned items.  The only handling charge  they mention is on shoes and that is for 10% handling fee.  All this information regarding non returnable bathing suits is not listed on their policy tab but listed in their shipping tab and there is not one mention about a 20% anything..  There is no mention about a 20% surchage or bathing suits not being returnabled on the item description where the bathing suit is displayed on the Amazon site. I feel  this company is dilibertly misleading their information so they can charge a bogus 20% handling fee. There have been atleast 20 emails sent back and forth from me to this company and it was not resolved.  If Revdex.com would go to the tags weekly and look the Miraclesuit bathing suit on the Tags Weekly site, you will see the item description page has nothing about a 20% handling chare or anything about bathing suits being nn refundble. I would like the 20% they took out of my refund given back to me due to their policy on returned bathing suits is not indicated on their item description on the Amazon website.

You did not provide me with a cheaper shipping label, only instructions. UPS explained that there was no cheaper rate, at the Post Office either, due to the distance. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The restocking fee, which is ridiculous anyway, is $5.00. I want all of my shipping returned as well; $17.00. I have also filed a complaint with [redacted]. The vendor stated that they are unhappy with the way [redacted] is displaying their sizes and agreed that it is difficult to find. The issue is between the vendor and [redacted], not the customer. Sincerely,[redacted]

We offer prepaid return shipping labels if the item was not as described on our part. We sent you the size you ordered and we sent you proof/screen shot of your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We are willing to refund you our shipping amount of $5.60.
