responded.  We were sorry to read that this customer had this experience with one of our wait staff.  We take pride in the quality of service and the food served in our restaurant.  We spoke with the wait staff and reminded them that it is important to always react professionally to our customers. We train the staff to be prompt and courteous at all times.  If the customer would like to return to the restaurant, we would be happy to discuss this incident with them further.
