UNRELIABLE and UNABLE to live up to contracted services with NO communication
Contracted with New Bell to move about 5,lbs from Virginia to SC On-site inspection, emails, clarifications ending in contract signed Contract modified to new date and signed with confirmatory emails days prior to move, contacted to give us updated (increased) price due to fuel changes
Night before, no call giving us time they would show up Call to company first thing in morning gets referred to another number, message left No calls, no movers...NOTHING WE call THEM about 10am to be told they can't live up to their contract and will have to reschedule us for TWO WEEKS LATER
Yep, we drove over miles to meet the movers and WE call THEM to have them tell us they can't do it on THE DAY OF THE MOVE
UNACCEPTABLE! They were generally clueless on how to handle and unprofessional in reaching a way to help WE had to initiate EVERYTHING and emails I have sent to our coordinator have yet to be returned (its weeks later) She was very quick to send emails prior about increased prices and more signatures needed, however
