Review: From the beginning of the process in purchasing the bear box, owner, [redacted], was dismissive, and prolonged the process. He also stated that certain models were available, but then suddenly on back order, forcing me to purchase an upgrade. Open completion, no further contact was made. He called my home line today very rude and aggressive stating that I never paid him. I informed him that no invoice was received via email or usps. He was hostile and insisted on payment via credit card. I did not feel that that was a secure option due to his behavior. And asked for an official invoice to be mailed. He also stated that I would be charged a late fee. I insisted that was inappropriate due to the fact that he never sent one. I am physically upset about his behavior and have never been spoken like that from a business owner. I feel violated and mistreated.Desired Settlement: I would like to have someone speak to [redacted] and explain that hostile behavior is unacceptable. I would also to be only charged to the original bear box price instead of the forced upgraded price, the difference of $179. I would not like to pay any late fees due to the reasons stated above. Customer ordered economy model that was not in stock at the time. She was in a rush to install for thanksgiving, I told her all as we had is a tahoe series 2 can model available this week. She opted to install that unit for 1179.00 plus tax for a total of 1224.60. Many emails were sent as well as 1 USPS invoice in 2015 and emails in 2015 and 2016. with no response. the emails reached her however when I called to speak to someone for payment she was rude and claimed she has not received an invoice. Now she is disputing the balance that she agreed on in November and wants to short change me after not paying for 120 days with no communication. I have mailed another invoice and stated if she payed there will be no late fee.
